_{‍Position Overview}

The Digital Print Operator I will operate and maintain cut-sheet and roll-fed printing equipment to produce high-quality documents in accordance with specified job instructions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations who are eager to grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment according to established procedures.
• Ensure accurate production by following detailed job instructions and monitoring quality.
• Log production activity and maintain required documentation, including billing and service records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
• Be available to work one mandatory overtime week per month, which may include shifts up to 10–12 hours, six days a week.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior work in a factory, warehouse, or production facility is highly preferred.
• Basic computer and keyboard proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions in English.
• Physically capable of standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
